It is used as a spectacular back drop for any event. From the porches, gardens, and view it is a photographer's dream. The inside dining room can currently be used for a bridal brunch.
Ruby's Chapel: the perfect mix of vintage chic and classic charm. Guests will be eager to await your arrival down the aisle while sitting in the comfort of this nineteenth century style chapel. Several features of The Chapel include: handmade wrought iron chandeliers, nineteenth century hand blown glass windows, exposed beam rafters, wooden pews, walls, and floors; even a cast iron bell in the bell tower can toll, announcing your arrival! The Chapel is climate controlled and is well lit with antique windows; some stained glass, and a large Palladian style window in the back.
The Chapel seats up to 75 inside, for an intimate wedding. For outside weddings, The Chapel serves as an enchanting backdrop while 200 plus chairs can be placed in the front lawn. It is located next to the General Store and the Cabin, for easy access to the reception area.
Situated between The House and The Chapel, down a meandering winding path, is a hidden Victorian garden. Fountains spray and beautiful blossoms flourish in this oasis of boxwoods and magnolias; a rose bush blooms that has been in the family for seven generations. The Garden is perfect for bridal teas, bridal pictures, cake displays or just a casual stroll.
The barn is positioned on a an amazing field. It can be used for the service or dinner. If you choose to be married in the Chapel you can be quickly moved to the barn to dance the night away.

Constructed from the windows of an 1855 antebellum house, this is a terrific spot for the “first look”; as well, as a cozy, private spot for the bride and groom to grab a quick bite and spend a few moments before joining the reception.
The Cabin is located directly across from the Chapel and General Store. It is perfect for the Bride and her wedding party to get ready and is fully air conditioned. The married couple generally spends the night too. It is also rented for cozy fall weekend getaways. There is even a terrific fire pit to roast marshmallows.
